Prüfung der unterbrechungsfreien Stromversorgung – damit Ihr System auch bei Stromausfällen lückenlos weiterarbeitet und keine Daten verloren gehen.

Umfassende Funktionskontrolle aller installierten Sensoren. Überprüfung der Messwerte auf Plausibilität und Genauigkeit.

Grössenklassierung
Test aller Alarmlampen und Alert-Funktionen. Sicherstellung, dass Grenzwertüberschreitungen zuverlässig gemeldet werden – per E-Mail, SMS oder visuell.

Rückführbares Zertifikat
Wartung und Prüfung aller Vakuumpumpen der Partikelzähler. Schlauchkontrolle und Flow-Überprüfung für zuverlässige Partikelmessung.

What is an SCS-accredited calibration?
An SCS-accredited calibration (Swiss Calibration Service) guarantees the internationally recognized traceability of your measurement results to national standards. vali.sys performs calibrations using SCS- and DKD-certified reference instruments – proof of quality at the highest level.

How often should cleanroom sensors be calibrated?
Calibration intervals depend on the standard and the application. In GMP-regulated environments, annual calibrations are standard. Depending on the sensor type and usage, shorter intervals may be advisable. We will advise you individually.
Does vali.sys offer on-site calibrations?
Yes, we offer both on-site calibrations directly in your cleanroom and calibrations in our certified laboratory in Bubikon. On-site calibration minimizes downtime and allows testing under real-world conditions.
Which standards are adhered to during calibration?
Our calibrations are performed according to ISO 17025, GMP (EU/FDA), ISO 14644, and industry-specific guidelines. Each calibration certificate contains all relevant information regarding measurement uncertainty and traceability.
