Participation in the vali.sys ag competition, hereinafter referred to as operator or organizer, is free of charge and is based exclusively on these conditions of participation.
Procedure of the competition
The duration of the sweepstakes extends from the specified start to end date. Within this period, users are given the opportunity to take part in the competition online.
Participation
In order to take part in the competition, it is necessary to "Like", "Share" and/or "Comment" on the vali.sys ag Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn / Google Business pages and/or post. Participation is only possible within the participation period. Submissions received after the closing date will not be considered for the draw.
The number of likes, shares and comments count per participant. It is prohibited to use multiple email addresses or multiple social media profiles to increase the odds of winning.

Participation in the competition is free.

Eligible Participants
Natural persons who have reached the age of 14 are entitled to participate. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer and is not dependent on the purchase of any goods or services.
If a participant is limited in his legal capacity, the consent of his legal representative is required.

All persons involved in the conception and implementation of the competition are not entitled to participate in the competition. Prize, Notification and Delivery of Prize
The prizes to be won will be named in the competition.
The determination of the winner based on the random drawing among all participants. If the competition is linked to a task, only those participants who have completed the task correctly will be included in the draw.
The winners of the raffle will be promptly informed about the prize via a separate email or messenger.

The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner or to the legal representative of the minor winner. An exchange, a pickup and a cash payment of the prize are not possible.

If the winner does not respond within a period of 3 weeks after being asked twice, the prize can be transferred to another participant.
