Documentation
You will receive standard-compliant calibration certificates with measured values, deviations and conformity statements – as a PDF or on paper.

What is an SCS-accredited calibration?
An SCS-accredited calibration (Swiss Calibration Service) guarantees the internationally recognized traceability of your measurement results to national standards. vali.sys performs calibrations using SCS- and DKD-certified reference instruments – proof of quality at the highest level.
How often should cleanroom sensors be calibrated?
Calibration intervals depend on the standard and the application. In GMP-regulated environments, annual calibrations are standard. Depending on the sensor type and usage, shorter intervals may be advisable. We will advise you individually.
Does vali.sys offer on-site calibrations?
Yes, we offer both on-site calibrations directly in your cleanroom and calibrations in our certified laboratory in Bubikon. On-site calibration minimizes downtime and allows testing under real-world conditions.
Which standards are adhered to during calibration?
Our calibrations are performed according to ISO 17025, GMP (EU/FDA), ISO 14644, and industry-specific guidelines. Each calibration certificate contains all relevant information regarding measurement uncertainty and traceability.
What is the difference between calibration and mapping?
Calibration involves checking and documenting the measurement accuracy of a single sensor. Mapping involves recording the spatial distribution of a measured quantity (e.g., temperature) within a defined area over a period of time – for the qualification of rooms or devices.
