ISO 17025 calibration laboratory
With the integration of MESSmatik AG, vali.sys ag has expanded its range of services and now operates an internal calibration laboratory accredited according to ISO 17025. Together with the experienced team at MESSmatik, we calibrate a wide range of measuring instruments with the highest precision – efficiently and in partnership.
Our calibrations are performed in accordance with factory calibration or accredited calibration and with transparently documented results from initial calibration (“as found”) to recalibration if necessary after adjustment (“as left”) – all in a clear certificate.
we calibrate:

standards & certifications
Factory calibrations: By using ISO 17025-certified reference devices, we guarantee reliable and traceable measurement accuracy.
Accredited calibrations: According to SCS SN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018 for temperature and relative humidity. Our accredited laboratory (SCS 0151) provides traceable accuracy for your measuring instruments.
maintenance & calibration service
Our comprehensive range of services includes both regular maintenance and certified calibration of measuring instruments and monitoring systems.
Our technicians check and document all relevant system components professionally, efficiently and with clearly comprehensible documentation.
We maintain and calibrate, among other things:

particle counters
(incl. calibration according to ISO 21501-4)

ISO samplers & hytrel hose connections

computer systems & UPS

temperature & humidity sensors
(including PT-100)

vacuum pumps & tubing

software components including licenses & archiving structure

differential pressure
& flow sensors

MOD boxes & I/O components

alarm systems, alarm lamps & watchdog modules
All maintenance work is carried out according to a clearly defined maintenance plan and is documented with specific test reports – including functional checks, parameter checks and backup copies.
In the area of calibration we offer two variants:

conventional calibration
The sensor is removed and calibrated on site – efficient and time-saving.

inline calibration
Calibration is carried out in the installed state – ideal for taking the entire measuring chain into account.
All calibrations are carried out using SCS or DKD-certified reference devices and, if required, include the adjustment of the sensors and the creation of standard-compliant calibration certificates.
Rely on our experience, documented quality, and the trained eye of our service technicians – so you can always rely on your measurement data.
mapping
Whether it's a climate-controlled cabinet, storage room, or transport container, stable climatic conditions are crucial when it comes to storing or transporting moisture- or temperature-sensitive products. Even minor deviations can compromise quality—with potentially high costs and reputational damage.
Mapping refers to the targeted measurement and analysis of temperature and humidity distribution in a defined room or container over a specified period of time. This allows you to determine whether the climatic conditions are uniform and stable or whether critical deviations (e.g., hot or cold spots) exist.
Our mapping services help you identify such environmental conditions early on and ensure that your processes comply with standards. Should deviations occur, our precise measurement data enables a quick and targeted response.
Rely on our experience to store and transport your sensitive products under optimal conditions at all times.

data logger
We offer high-quality data loggers for continuous measurement and recording of temperature, relative humidity, light, acceleration, CO₂, VOC, and pressure. Depending on your requirements, data can be transferred flexibly via Bluetooth, USB, radio, or Wi-Fi.
What is a data logger?
A data logger is a compact measuring device that automatically records and documents environmental parameters. It consists of a precise sensor (measuring probe) and an integrated memory on which the recorded values are securely stored.
After data acquisition, the stored values can be conveniently transferred to a computer, analyzed, and used for documentation purposes. A data logger thus enables seamless monitoring of environmental conditions—reliably, traceably, and available at all times.
Why are data loggers indispensable?
Data loggers are always used when maximum data security and flexibility are required – for example, during maintenance or calibration of permanently installed measuring devices. They ensure uninterrupted recording of the relevant parameters and thus prevent measurement gaps.
Thanks to their ease of use and versatility, data loggers are a reliable solution for mobile recording, analysis, and long-term storage of environmental values.
