The system carries out temperature, humidity, differential pressure and particle counter measurements, collects data and sends them to the vali.mon system. This vali.mon system records the required measuring standards on the defined measurement locations and compares them with the defined limit values in the application. In case of limit value exceedings and/or error messages, the application triggers the corresponding alarms on the alarm signals and/or client PCs.
Upon request, the alarms can be forwarded by text message or email to defined users.
Warning and alarm messages in advance (alarm or action) can also be displayed on the corresponding user interface on screen.
The relevant facility events are recorded in the audit trail. These records can be printed as tabular report if needed. On screen, all measured values are clearly displayed on dialogs, in real-time trends and real-time report dialogs. The real-time reports can be printed with one click. The entire vali.mon system is controlled and monitored by a server, which is the core of the vali.mon system. It is connected to the MOD-Box to which the sensors or other signals are connected as well.
